With Sundé Marie Imagery, the work with clients reflects a superior knowledge of photography, encompassing honesty, personality, and attention to detail. Business is conducted in similar fashion.

Work begins with an initial conversation, in which your specific needs as a potential customer are discussed. This consultation may be short or long, over the phone or in person, or via email – whichever is most convenient for you.

From here, we move to the proposal stage. Depending on the task, this too may either be a short process or a timely one. Our objective is to determine the necessary work effort, estimated time span, and the cost and conditions to fulfill your needs. There is, usually, no charge for this stage, although we do hold the right to change our minds, depending on the specific request. If, for example, your project is so intricate that proposal development takes longer than expected, we may ask for more time – but at any rate, you would be notified of this before any charges are made.

Once your proposal is received, we will go over it together and discuss all specifications. Any necessary revisions will be made at this time. We will either come to a formal agreement and proceed with your project or devise a new plan for you to be completely satisfied.

If your decision is for us to proceed, then we will move to the execution stage of the project, following the terms established in our proposal and agreement. We will adhere to project management practices, and report our progress at milestones.

With completion of the execution stage, we will move to the customer recap and acknowledgement, the final stage. We will also make any additional adjustments that may be pointed out at that time and finalize the project.

Only upon acceptance will follow-up activities take place.
